Neil Canning b.1960

Born in 1960, Neil's colourful and vibrant paintings have made him one of the most successful artists working in Britain today.  His considerable reputation and following have been built on his extraordinary use of colour, allied to an undoubted technical ability.  He was first selected for the Royal Academy Summer Show in 1981, and has exhibited regularly there ever since.  At the age of 23 he became the youngest artist ever elected an Associate of the Royal Society of British Artists.  He won the Bronze Medal at the Paris Salon in 1994. Neil has had numerous solo exhibitions with Martin Tinney Gallery over the past 25 years.

Since his move from Wales to Cornwall, Neil's work has continued to develop and enhance his reputation as one of our most exciting and sought-after artists.

His work features in many of the most prestigious corporate collections in Europe and America.
